The place was delightful and ideal and the staff were polite, the location was stunning close to the center.

Downstairs bar was nice.

The hotel was clean, had great location and staff. Booked a room with great bed. The property served cereal, slices of fresh bread, eggs and fruit for breakfast.

It's relaxing and clean hotel, has ideal location right on the edge of tourist central.

This hotel was comfortable place for exploring Innsbruck, loved it. We were offered fruit, eggs, breads and cereals in the morning.

Everything was simply excellant. Loved my nice stay for a long weekend. The location was favourable, close to Imperial Palace. I was offered a room with spectacular views on the mountains and the stars. The buffet breakfast included excellent fruit, eggs, bread and cereal.

Everything was nice, we had fantastic 2 days here.

Everything was very good, excellent service, unbeatable location really close to the old town with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from, the Christmas market and main attractions. Booked elegant room that was recently refurbished. The lighting there was good. Fabulously friendly staff, lovely pool. Booked it for 3 days and had a pleasant experience.

Beautifully presented room, executive bar, agreeable staff. I liked the room, the bed was lovely. A packed breakfast, with cereals and eggs, it was savoury.

Superb base for 1 night. The reception was basic, I enjoyed it. There was lots of food for breakfast, including eggs and bacon. All staff was discreet, solved my issues.

My time there was fab. The hotel room was updated, attractive too. The venue was a welcome base for enjoying a great area. Fast check-out was useful. Great value against other hotels in Innsbruck.

Our favorite place to stay in Innsbruck. Very excellent staff, amazing restaurant & brilliant service. They provide bacon, cereal and eggs, that is different. Easy location, walking distance to sketchy area.

We loved staff and location, the hotel had essentials we needed. Again, it was 2 miles from a unique museum. The property had good sized bedrooms. It was a fantastic stay, you could leave a car nearby...

Location was good and the hotel in general was wonderful little, I appreciated it. The packed breakfasts were incredibly nice. Comforts of superior queen room were fabulous - climate control, coffee and Wi-Fi. Friendly check-in & special service.

The stay was absolutely good. The room was beautifully designed and spacious, courteous staff. My wife enjoyed the bed, it was comfy and we slept like in a cloud❤🙂

The hotel was beautifull and spotless inside, I appreciated it. Plentiful breakfast, food was so much delicious. The bedroom was comfy, beds were perfect as well.

The room I booked was newly renovated and available with lovely view and great bed and mountain view too. The staff was outstandingly helpful, exceptional service. The location was super, near the old town and historical sites too.

Very modern place, very clean, non-smoking rooms and very elegant staff. The hotel is in the super central location.

Unfortunately wi-fi was slow.

the food was good and the location of the hotel was perfect. the room was neat and quite big. extra comfy beds and helpful service. next to stores and a market in innsbruck.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights here. The bed was great and atmosphere in the room was PLEASANT. The pool was just right too. There were hot chocolate and omelette at breakfast.
